Try topping cream cheese with strawberry jam, green chili or Cost Plus World Market's Roasted Mango or Raspberry chipotle sauce.
You can't go wrong with a Triple Creme Brie! Sunflower Market or Trader Joe's carry the best.
For fun, roll cream cheese between wax paper (not to thin). Put in the freezer for 30-40 minutes. Take off top layer of wax paper and top with your favorite jam. Roll up put back in freezer for 15 minutes. Slice, plate and serve on crackers with canape knife.
Serve cubed cheese, roasted garlic cloves, green or black olives, roasted red peppers and cubed salami with your appetizer forks.
